Job summary

Animal Medical Center of Claremore is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience. The CSR handles reception, scheduling, record maintenance and cash processing while supporting doctors and staff.

You will engage clients, manage appointments, process payments, and assist with medical record updates. Weekend availability is required; prior veterinary experience preferred; a friendly, organized approach is essential for smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions.
• Ensures front desk and reception areas are clean and presentable for patients.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and prepares client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices and conducts routine follow-ups with clients.
• Performs daily backups of the computer system and posting daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor for an excellent visit.
