Job summary

TradeStation in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Experience Representative to provide end-to-end client support for beginner to advanced traders. The role includes client education, platform troubleshooting, and collaboration with Sales, Operations and other teams to resolve inquiries quickly on-site at 120 South Riverside Plaza.

You will resolve inquiries via email, chat and phone, maintain accounts, perform software support, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SIE, Series 7, 63 and 3 licenses, or must be acquired within 90 days.
