The Client Experience Specialist is a service-minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for agents, consumers, and all deal parties. You will be part of a collaborative team that is innovating how Coldwell Banker conducts business by reducing friction and simplifying transactions.

The key to success in this role is the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with agents, clients, third parties, and internal teams. As a trusted professional, you will provide confidence to agents, homebuyers, and sellers that their transactions are in capable hands.

This position is 100% remote and supports various markets. Preference will be given to candidates with transaction coordination experience in WA or OR.

Primary Job Functions

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, including managing contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely closings.
  • Collaborate closely with the agent services department, agents, or third parties to ensure all documentation is received and compliant.
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide updates to all parties involved.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for agents and clients through closing, including obtaining necessary documentation for clear to close.
  • Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all parties.
  • Maintain regular communication with all involved parties.
  • Prioritize excellent service with a positive attitude to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
Education / Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate/mortgage/title administration or transaction coordination.

  • Proficiency in multiple software systems.
