First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking aClient Services Associate at our Seattle hybrid Experience Center. You will support Financial Advisors, handle onboarding, and prepare materials for client meetings while maintaining precise records per FINRA/OSJ standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in office administration, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. Hybrid work with regular outreach and education events is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in office administration or similar role.
• Experience following defined processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill client requests and resolve service issues; log interactions in CRM.
• Oversee and manage the client onboarding process.
