Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with excellent service skills.
• Client scheduling experience (online scheduling preferred).
• Computer literacy with CRMs, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and care.
• Handle and route calls; serve as initial contact for clients and vendors.
• Schedule and manage calendars.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce CRM (or other CRMs).
• Assist the Client Excellence Service Team in operations.
• Office management tasks including supplies and housekeeping coordination.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and team policies.
