IV Nutrition Scottsdale seeks a motivated Client Experience & Social Media Manager to be the face and voice of our clinic in person and online.

Responsibilities span welcoming clients, scheduling, and maintaining a warm in-clinic experience, as well as planning and publishing content across major platforms, engaging followers and supporting local marketing efforts.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a good eye for photo and video content.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and answer questions about IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
• Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate information is collected.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and a warm in-clinic experience.
• Monitor reviews and client feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms, consistent with IV Nutrition brand standards.
• Manage a content calendar highlighting services, promotions, events, and team culture.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow our local online community.
• Support local marketing, including community events, partnerships, and promotions that drive new clients and memberships.
• Track basic performance metrics, such as engagement, follower growth, and bookings, and use them to improve results.

Client experience
