Job summary

IV Nutrition Scottsdale is seeking a motivated Client Experience & Social Media Manager to be the face and voice of our clinic, both in person and online. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships while also planning content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

The role blends hands-on customer service with social media marketing, requiring strong writing, photo/video skills and the ability to grow our local online community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

About the Role

Client experience

• Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
• Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate information is collected.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and a warm, memorable in-clinic experience.
• Monitor reviews and client feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and uphold company policies and procedures.

Social media and marketing

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms, consistent with IV Nutrition brand standards.
• Manage a content calendar that highlights services, promotions, events, and team culture.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow our local online community.
• Support local marketing, including community events, partnerships, and promotions that drive new clients and memberships.
• Track basic performance metrics, such as engagement, follower growth, and bookings, and use them to improve results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; experience managing social media for a business or brand is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a good eye for photo and video content.
• Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs.
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
