Job summary

CX Institutional LLC d/b/a Credent Wealth Management in Indiana is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support Wealth Advisors and deliver a high‑touch client experience. The CCC greets clients, screens calls, schedules meetings, and ensures CRM notes are complete for follow-up and events.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client-facing or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently majority of time.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls from clients and prospects.
• Greet visitors and coordinate with team members.
• Coordinate team calendars for client meetings and events.
• Schedule 100% of client Goal Reviews and Risk Audits.
• Prepare materials for client and prospect events.
• Maintain CRM records and distribute email communications.
• Keep the office stocked and organized.
