Scissors & Scotch is seeking a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to greet guests, handle check-ins, and craft drinks in our lounge while driving sales through exceptional service.

You will sell memberships, liquor, and add-on services, build repeat business, and be the face of the brand. The role offers base pay, commission, gratuity, PTO, and holiday paid time off.

Client Experience & Sales Coordinator

(Reception + Lounge + Membership Sales)

At Scissors & Scotch, we mix premium grooming with a cocktail lounge vibe and we need someone who can sell the experience from the front door to the final drink.

This role isn't just about checking people in and making drinks. You're the first and last impression, and your job is to drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and relationship-building.

What You'll Own:

• Sell memberships, liquor, and add-on services
• Make and serve drinks in our lounge
• Handle all check-ins, payments, and client needs
• Build repeat business through consistent, personal service
• Be the face of the brand - set the tone, own the vibe

Compensation
