Job summary

Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors seeks an Internal Client Associate to bridge business development, client experience, and team support. You will phone prospects, assist clients between meetings, and help prepare advisors for every interaction.

You will be talking with prospective clients, existing clients, and referral partners, gathering insights and supporting events, webinars, and outreach programs to grow our advisory relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume outbound or inbound calling role within financial services.
• Strong verbal communication and trust-building over the phone.
• Organized, self-directed, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects and confirm pre-meeting steps by outbound calls.
• Support clients between advisory meetings and address follow-up questions.
• Serve as a warm point of contact between advisory engagements and advisors.
• Invite clients and referrals to firm events, webinars, and educational programs; support referral outreach strategy.
• Gather and relay key insights from client conversations to help advisors prepare for meetings.
