Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Client Outreach Consultant to proactively contact existing clients, introduce advisory products, and schedule appointments through multiple channels. The role partners with advice teams to understand client needs and provide suitable wealth management solutions.

The candidate will review client financials to identify risks and opportunities, educate clients on required documents, and stay current on industry trends to contribute ideas for the Wealth team.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• FINRA registrations: Series 6 or 7; Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Reaches out to existing clients to introduce advisory services and schedule appointments across advisory channels.
• Collaborates with internal partners to triage clients interested in advisory services.
• Identify potential financial planning gaps including asset allocation, income planning, and estate planning needs.
