Job summary

Clearstead Advisors LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Client Service Manager to be the primary contact for service requests and inquiries, resolving operational, banking, bill pay, reporting, and risk-management questions. You’ll support the relationship team and drive timely resolutions to enhance the client experience.

You will manage client information in CRM, coordinate quarterly tax payments, schedule meetings, and contribute to client projects under the direction of Advisors and the Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years client service experience required.
• Excellent communication and grammar skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s primary contact for operational and administrative tasks, liaising with clients, custodians and partners.
• Provide operational and administrative support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors.
• Organize and lead team projects through to completion.
• Coordinate with third parties including banks, brokers, accountants and attorneys.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials; maintain client data in CRM.
• Coordinate tax payments and tax document gathering as part of tax return preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company guidelines with the Chief Compliance Officer.
