Responsibilities

• Client Relations & Front Office: Answer phones, greet clients, route inquiries to advisors.
• Account Servicing: Open/maintain accounts, process paperwork, deposits, withdrawals, wires, transfers.
• Compliance & Data Management: File/upload signed forms, statements, checks per requirements.
• Advisor Support: Track tasks, update advisors, prepare for client meetings.
• Operations & Tech Navigation: Maintain client records across platforms (CRM, Outlook).
• Industry Communications: Review broker/dealer news and updates and report back.
• General Office Support: Prepare mail, manage logistics, track supplies.
