You’ll handle new accounts, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating with custodians and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent planning, organizational, project management, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Client & Advisor Support: Provide white-glove communication to clients and advisors through phone, email, and meetings.
• Account Administration: Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate client information in firm databases and systems.
• Project & Workflow Support: Follow guidelines to achieve goals and track progress with teams.
• Process Improvement: Assist in developing procedures to increase accuracy and streamline steps.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support objectives.
