Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills required.
• Exceptional attention to detail required.
• Excellent planning, organizational, project management, and time management

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing client service and support that strengthens relationships and enhances the overall client experience.
• Partner with advisors as the primary operational resource to determine and complete actions required to open new accounts and maintain existing accounts accurately and on time.
• Build familiarity with the advisor’s book of business while managing time effectively and developing new competencies to support efficient, compliant operations.
• Provide white-glove communication to clients and advisors through phone, email, and meetings.
• Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and account maintenance requests.
