Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Relationship & Marketing Coordinator for our small practice in the New York area. This hands-on role focuses on client experience, event planning, and marketing activities to help our practice grow.

You will manage client communications, coordinate events, maintain our marketing materials, and support Salesforce CRM and dashboards for the team. A detail-oriented, people-oriented candidate with tech-savvy and teamwork will thrive.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with clients and coordinate thoughtful touches.
• Plan and coordinate client appreciation and educational events from start to finish.
• Lead client email communications, newsletters and event invitations.
• Support annual marketing plan, website and social media presence.
• Serve as a resource for Salesforce CRM, dashboards, and marketing tech.
