Role Overview: The Client Experience Leader will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for clients. This role involves leading shifts as a key holder, supporting the Client Experience Specialist team, and ensuring high standards of service are maintained. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer Personalized Care: Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, guide them to service areas, and curate their experience. Support CESs and diffuse escalations.
  2. Encourage Future Visits: Schedule clients for their next appointment at checkout.
  3. Achieve KPIs: Meet targets such as rebooking rates, retail conversions, and gift card sales.
  4. Champion the Brand: Embody Tricoci’s values and culture.
  5. Gather Feedback: Collect insights from departing clients for continuous improvement.
  6. Uphold Standards: Maintain waiting and reception areas per brand standards.
  7. Facilitate Communication: Log messages accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
  8. Educate Clients: Inform about services, products, and promotions.
  9. Resolve Concerns: Address client questions and requests professionally.
  10. Handle Transactions: Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
  11. Lead Training: Conduct training for new and existing team members.
  12. Team Scheduling: Create staff schedules with GM approval to ensure coverage and budget adherence.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa/salon, hospitality, or retail setting.
  • Strong shift leadership skills.
  • Experience in training team members.
  • Proficiency with scheduling processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with mobile experience preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure.
  • Proficient in computer systems and POS software.
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
