Job summary

OCV LLC is seeking a Client Experience Intern to support quality assurance, data management, and client-facing materials at our Opelika, AL headquarters. This on-site, part-time role offers hands-on experience with app and website QA, CRM tools, and client data analysis.

Ideal candidates are current college students in IS or Business Admin, with strong communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college/university in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
Strong quality assurance and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and document findings.
Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform rigorous quality control reviews of pre-conference mobile apps and websites, validating features, functionality, and navigation.
Identify, document, and report visible defects to ensure a flawless client experience.
Review support tickets for accuracy and resolution details for client communication readiness.
Manage and analyze client experience data within the CRM, identifying trends and issues for the team.
Assist in creating clear, accurate client presentation materials for app reviews.
Add legacy agency data to the CRM queue to maintain data visibility.
Support client engagement strategies and future communication planning through data management.
