Are you a motivated professional skilled at closing high-value sales? We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Marketing and Sales Division as a member of our Sales/Intake Department. This role will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the legal consultation process for their immigration matters, obtaining immediate buy-in to make the sale, securing a signed contract and payment during the meeting, and providing an ongoing optimal client experience through follow-up and resources.

Responsibilities:
  1. Place pre-consultation calls and texts to scheduled potential clients, providing concierge services such as directions, last-minute document assistance, and payment reminders.
  2. Greet clients arriving for in-person consultations, gather preliminary information, and connect them with attorneys.
  3. Re-engage after legal strategy discussions to advocate for the firm and close sales by obtaining signatures on fee agreements and coordinating payments.
  4. Attend virtual consultations via phone, Teams, or Zoom, facilitate electronic payments, and provide contracts during calls.
  5. Maintain and report sales data in the CRM system; assess tracking needs.
  6. Create scripts for the Intake team and attorneys to overcome objections and highlight the firm’s value; provide sales coaching.
  7. Assist clients in describing their situations and understanding the value of solving their problems, emphasizing the costs of inaction.
  8. Develop a high-level understanding of immigration processes and case flow.
  9. Provide feedback to the COO on lead quality and volume, and suggest improvements based on frontline experience.
  10. Follow up with potential clients who did not convert initially.
  11. Welcome new clients, facilitating introductions to the legal team for a positive first impression.
  12. Offer ongoing client services, including periodic check-ins, referrals, and resources.
  13. Attend community outreach, conferences, and speaking engagements as a representative of the firm.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in high-value consultative sales demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
  • Proven ability to close sales by creating urgency and demonstrating value.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Passion for caring about clients and helping them through difficult times.
  • High energy, positivity, and a proactive attitude.
  • Legal or immigration experience is a plus but not required.
  • This is an in-office role in Northeast Atlanta, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
  • Salary range: $36,000 - $60,000 plus potential bonuses and commissions.
