Job summary

Carlson Financial in Colorado Springs seeks a Client Experience Specialist to be the primary contact for potential and existing clients, guiding them from the first contact to meetings with a Financial Advisor. You will welcome clients warmly and build strong relationships.

Ideal candidates bring sales/marketing exposure, strong administrative skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Client orientation, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop key relationships with prospective clients and serve as the day-to-day contact using verbal and written communication.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage processes impacting prospective and future clients.
• Attend marketing events regularly and engage with clients to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Support onboarding and stabilization of new clients and coordinate events and promotional material.
• Record client conversations accurately and maintain client/prospect databases.
• Send letters and communications to clients upon request and maintain OneDrive client logs and checklists.
