Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a Client Experience Specialist to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options and guide their transactions through mobile, online banking, or ATM.

You will process cash transactions accurately, build relationships, and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals, while upholding risk controls and regulatory requirements in a busy branch environment.
