Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills with ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador of the bank location; guide traffic and deliver high-touch client experience.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and refers clients to appropriate partners to achieve financial goals.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, recommending suitable options.
• Identifies client needs and problems, using standard procedures and escalating non-standard issues as needed.
• Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
