Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.
• Guide users through our trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.
• Troubleshoot account management, funding, and trading activity issues while finding effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools and share them with the team.
• Represent the company with compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, resolving issues promptly and engaging with customers throughout the day.
