We are looking to add a Property Casualty Sales Producer (Client Executive) to join our P&C team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings, and qualified sales calls, which results in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Partner with appropriate internal team members and/or experts on appropriate coverages for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals.
- In collaboration with client experience team, manage existing book of business.
- Maintain relationship with clients and their business needs, addressing changes as needed and delivering documents as appropriate.
- Attend all sales-related activities, promoting a game-changing, positive attitude in support of all agency changes and/or growth.
- Effectively communicate company’s position and development of solutions on latest industry trends to clients.
- Be responsible for overall team accountability as regards commitments made to customers; encourage and coach to build healthy, high-functioning teams through influencing others.
- Promote the agency and the insurance industry in the community.
- Perform additional duties, as requested.
Qualifications
- Education: College degree preferred, but not required. Ability to obtain or retain State specific licensing and industry specific professional designations. Hold appropriate state specific Insurance Agent's License, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: Sales experience, preferably in Commercial Property and Casualty.

Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, industry certifications, and is commensurate with the book of business.
