Title: Client Executive

Synonymous Job Title: Sr Client Executive

Location: Texas (Preferably Dallas)

Overview:

Seeking successful, experienced, character-driven, strategic Client Executive with previous supply chain management software solutions sales experience at the enterprise level (>$2B annual revenue) to sell world-class software solutions within the Manufacturing industry, specifically Life Sciences | Med Tech. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new logos.

Scope:
  • Virtual-based opportunity: Ability to travel 50% or more within the region.
  • Core responsibilities include maintaining 3x pipeline coverage over a 4-quarter rolling sales outlook by confidently representing Blue Yonder products and portfolio.
  • Align with Blue Yonder's core values to build trusted relationships with prospective customers.
What you'll do:
  • Determine and execute strategies and sales processes for assigned prospects.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions based on ROI and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Foster positive relationships with the wider sales organization.
  • Identify and leverage internal resources during sales cycles.
  • Understand each prospect's business plan, key decision makers, KPIs, and budget constraints; plan and execute accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and updated deal information in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or exceed quota targets annually, with specifics to be discussed upon contract signing.
  • Understand each prospect's technology footprint, growth plans, and competitors to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Communicate Blue Yonder's unique value proposition effectively.
  • Utilize Value Engineering, benchmarking, and ROI data to support customer decision-making, working with Sales and VE teams.
  • Adopt a humble, hungry, and smart sales approach with a consultative style.
What we are looking for:
  • Comfort and presence with senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in large software companies, with success in selling enterprise-level, complex software solutions.
  • Experience in supply chain management solutions, licenses, and services; cloud and ERP sales are a plus.
  • Proven quota attainment of $2M+ annually.
  • Experience selling consulting, cloud, and education services ($200K+).
  • Experience in team-based selling environments.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Success in selling high-value, long-cycle enterprise software solutions ($500K+ and 6+ months duration).
  • Experience selling implementation consulting services ($200K+).
  • Proven sales quota achievement of $2-3M+ annually.
  • Strong new business development skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range is $130,000 - $150,000, plus commissions. The role is eligible for an annual performance bonus or commission, depending on the position.
