At Ellerbrock-Norris, we believe independent businesses are the backbone of our communities. We exist to protect the independence of the businesses that build, make, and drive America—so their owners can focus on their purpose, not their survival.
Our expertise spans commercial insurance, employee benefits, personal insurance, safety consulting, and risk management solutions. We help clients navigate uncertainty, manage risk, and make confident decisions that support long‑term growth and stability.
We take a holistic approach to advising our clients because we know insurance is only one part of the picture. By understanding their goals, operations, challenges, and opportunities, we’re able to provide guidance and solutions that help protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
The Client Executive serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Ellerbrock-Norris' most complex and important commercial insurance clients.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. The Client Executive is responsible for helping develop insurance strategies and leading execution of those plans, driving renewal planning, attending and facilitating client meetings, driving retention, and helping clients navigate risk with confidence.
The right person will bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes, share industry best practices, and help elevate both our client experience and operational approach. This role is designed as a strategic client leadership position, with responsibilities that will evolve toward broader account ownership and leadership of the overall insurance relationship. Over time, the Client Executive will play an increasingly influential role in shaping client strategy, strengthening retention, and driving long‑term client success.
