Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive to lead a new Healthcare Technology Management partnership with Premier Health, a five-hospital system in the Dayton, Ohio region. Based at Miami Valley Hospital, this leadership role launches and develops an HTM program across a complex network.

Sodexo is seeking an accomplished, strategic, and results-driven Client Executive to lead a new Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) partnership with Premier Health, a five-hospital health system in the Dayton, Ohio, region.

Based at Miami Valley Hospital, the largest hospital in the system, this executive leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to launch, develop, and lead a comprehensive HTM program across a complex, multi-hospital healthcare network.

Step into a key leadership role where you'll oversee strategic partnerships, ensure contract performance, and champion consistent, high-quality service delivery across a complex portfolio. You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, business growth, and trusted client relationships all while building engaged, high-performing teams and delivering outcomes that are reliable, measurable, and future-focused.

Pay Range

$115940 - $150040

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

A strong HTM or clinical engineering background with a clear understanding of biomedical equipment management, hospital operations, regulatory expectations, and the critical role HTM plays in patient care.

Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational decisions to financial outcomes, contractual commitments, and client expectations.
