Location: Gulf Coast - Baton Rouge to Lake Charles (Remote with Regional Travel)

Are you a driven, client-focused sales professional looking to grow your career in a high-impact industry? Veriforce is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Client Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, initiating meetings with prospective clients, and building strong, lasting relationships across key industries—including downstream oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications, and utilities.

As a Client Executive, you'll work directly with senior Account Executives and cross-functional teams to help clients meet their safety and compliance goals. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience who’s eager to grow in outside sales and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
  1. Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, social media, industry events, and personal networks.
  2. Collaborate with senior Account Executives to develop tailored solutions for each client.
  3. Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships and stay informed on market trends.
  4. Maintain expert-level knowledge of Veriforce’s safety and compliance solutions.
  5. Accurately manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities in Salesforce CRM.
  6. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer experience from first contact through deal close.
  8. Learn client business models and identify opportunities to deliver value.
  9. Travel regionally (up to 40–50%) for client meetings, site visits, and events.
What We're Looking For
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in energy, utilities, telecom, or industrial sectors.
  3. Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales goals.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging executive stakeholders.
  5. Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills.
  6. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  7. Highly motivated, organized, and proactive self-starter.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 50%.
