Responsibilities

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective customers seeking information about retirement, personal insurance, savings, and investment solutions.
  • Handle customer interactions through phone, video, email, and other communication channels.
  • Introduce customers to the Advice Center and assess their needs to determine the appropriate advisor or next step.
  • Gather relevant customer information and create accurate profiles to support needs assessment and advisor matching.
  • Schedule appointments with advisors for straightforward and routine customer requests.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and advisor teams to ensure needs are addressed promptly.
  • Escalate complex questions to appropriately experienced team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products and services to communicate relevant value propositions.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and consistent customer experience across all interactions.

You will engage with prospective customers across phone, video, and email while helping connect them with the right financial professional.

  • Base salary: Approximately $44,000--$46,000 annually, depending on qualifications, operational needs, and applicable compensation factors.
