What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs
- Provide clarity on firm services and guide clients toward informed decisions
- Prepare engagement agreements and coordinate onboarding for new clients
- Maintain client touchpoints at key intervals to ensure ongoing support
- Track all client engagement activity in the CRM to ensure accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in selling professional services or high-value/luxury products, with a track record of at least $1,000,000 in services sold
- Strong consultative sales skills with a solutions-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Lawmatics preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Client relationship management, client education, and advocacy skills
