Client Engagement Manager – Utility & Infrastructure Sectors
Location: Flagstaff, AZ (REMOTE)
Employment Type: 10–20 hours/week contract basis (1099)
Pay range: $40–$60/hr depending on experience

Role SummaryThe Client Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Vanguard Virtues, serving as the primary liaison between our clients and our delivery teams. You’ll act as the face of the firm for high-value accounts in the utility and public infrastructure sectors—ensuring that client goals are not only met, but exceeded through our custom consulting solutions.
In this role, you’ll oversee strategic account management, support contract execution, and identify opportunities to expand value. You’ll collaborate closely with technical leads, including our Solutions Architect, to scope deliverables and maintain alignment between project outcomes and client expectations.
This is a foundational position in a growing organization. Ideal candidates will bring a background in consulting, utilities, or enterprise systems—with strong emotional intelligence, a sharp understanding of contracts and KPIs, and a natural ability to foster trust.
