Job Title: Client Engagement and Dispatch Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement and Dispatch Coordinator to efficiently manage service technician dispatching based on client service requests and priority. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Dispatch service technicians according to service requests and priority.
  • Monitor and track the status of service calls and technician availability.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding technician arrival times.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.
Essential Skills
  • 2 years of project coordinator or dispatch experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in dispatch systems and software.
Work Environment

This position requires working five days in the office, with the potential for one day from home after 90 days. The role includes an on-call aspect for handling emergency tickets, with a team rotation system in place. An on-call stipend is provided, with $250 for regular on-call duty and $350 for holidays. Team members have flexibility in choosing their on-call schedule, typically four or five days a year. Additionally, employees receive a 10% company bonus.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
