Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union in Tampa seeks a Service Associate to provide superior service and financial education to member clients. You will manage calendars, schedule appointments, assist with technology adoption, and process paperwork across retirement and investment platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services, SIE/FINRA (or pending), and a Florida Life Insurance license (or plan to obtain within 6 months). This is an on-site, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial services.
• Must have SIE/FINRA registration or be eligible.
• Florida Life Insurance license required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Continued CE modules required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with assigned advisors to meet member needs and plan future appointments.
• Assist with requests via approved channels, providing timely service and coordinating with third parties.
• Monitor books of business and accounts to identify sales opportunities and support retention.
• Educate members on investment products and retirement planning to drive adoption of tools.
• Maintain and update CRM with member interactions and referrals.
