Gearhart Herr & Co. in State College, PA, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for an on-site role. You will nurture client relationships, manage policies, and handle renewals while delivering personalized service to both new and longstanding clients.

The position requires a PA property and casualty license or the ability to obtain one, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, training, and a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Pennsylvania property and casualty license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for explaining insurance terms clearly to clients.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are addressed promptly.
• Assist with management and maintenance of client policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular policy renewals and reviews with clients.
• Identify and resolve client issues while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed about latest insurance industry developments to better assist clients.
