The Client Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships within the Financial Services sector by representing the full portfolio of Dow Jones media, marketing, and advertising solutions. This role requires a consultative seller with deep category knowledge, strong executive presence, and a track record of developing integrated, multi‑platform partnerships that deliver measurable client value.
Leveraging expertise in media sales, advertising, client leadership, and business development, the Client Director will create and execute strategic account plans, identify and convert new business opportunities, and expand existing partnerships across digital, print, custom content, video, podcasts, live events, and other brand and media solutions. The role is accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue goals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and building long‑term client relationships that drive retention, growth, and advocacy.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to grow revenue within the Financial Services category, build durable executive‑level client relationships, deliver strategic and innovative solutions, maintain a strong and accurate pipeline, and help position Dow Jones as a market‑leading partner for media, marketing, and business intelligence solutions.
This role reports to the VP, Sales and supports the Financial Services category.
