The role emphasizes internal and external collaboration, strategic direction for commercial programs, and maintaining a high level of client retention, with opportunities to participate in the sales process without direct new business quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years in commercial lines with client management responsibilities.
• Strategy and direction for commercial programs experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• State Property/Casualty license required.
