Job description

We are seeking a Client Development Representative to be responsible for engaging potential clients for a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory. This person will support lead nurturing, foster leads to held appointments, and facilitate the closing of leads. As a client development professional, you will become an expert in conveying the value proposition demonstrate the best outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for achieving held appointments for the Director of Client Development and closing certain leads based on the prospect's current assets and life cycle. This mission-critical role requires a strong relationship builder and ambassador for the company.

The Client Development Associate will:

  • Actively prospect and lead nurture to drive revenue goals by scheduling meetings with the Director of Client Development and closing prospects to achieving a sales goals

  • Proactively manage a sales funnel from start to finish

  • Assist in designing lead flow best practices to efficiently convert prospects from the top of the marketing funnel into paying clients

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development at a Fintech company or RIA

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Series 65 license is required

  • Highly motivated to identify and pursue opportunities proactively and problem solve roadblocks

  • Flexible to connect with prospects in their timezone

  • Self-motivated to work in a fully remote role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus

  • Some travel may be required

$75,000 per year
