Client Development Manager, Truck Body | Utilimaster | Remote


Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt


Overview

As the Client Development Manager for Utilimaster (A Shyft Brand) based at our facility in Bristol, IN, you will be accountable for driving new business with a focus on Truck body and/or Walk In Van customers.

You will spend approximately 50% of your time on developing new business development, and 50% on nurturing your existing customer base.Travel up to 50% (with an average of 25% to 30%) will be required.

*Generate and qualify new leads

*Develop and execute market penetration strategies

*Build and manage a robust sales pipeline

*Negotiate and close complex deals

*Create a competitive advantage by aligning customer goals with value-added product solutions

*Represent us at industry events and prospect new clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree plus 4+ years
    new business development experience (or) High School diploma plus 8+ years
    new business development experience
  • 3+ years' outside sales
    experience in the Commercial Truck, Truck body or Walk In Van Industry
  • Proven lead generation &
    closing skills.
  • Strong prospecting &
    networking abilities.
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to
    exceed targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office &
    ability to travel up to 50%.
