Strong technical and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include leading ETL data conversions, integrating historical data, and supporting automated feeds while addressing client data needs.

About the Role

iCapital is seeking aClient Delivery Specialist Associateto jointhe Automation teamwithin the Data Solution department. This rolewill ensureaseamless flow of financial data foriCapital’sclients and internal teams.This individualwill supportbusinesscritical processes from portfolio management system conversions to performance reconciliation.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly toour missionby ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.This personwill beapart of a dynamic team focused on innovation and efficiency, working withcutting-edgetechnology to streamline client onboarding and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between portfolio management systems. This involves understanding source system requirements, mapping data to new system standards, and managing the conversion of large datasets from legacy systems.
• Integrate historical financial data by converting potentially complex and unstructured data files and statements into structured formats suitable for backfilling.
• Provide support for automated data feeds, troubleshootingissuesand ensuring the seamless transformation of daily financial transactions and positions into source system imports. This requires a strong understanding of the automated data processing system.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams, providingtimelyandaccurateinformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field
• 2-5+years inthe financialindustry,demonstratinga proventrack recordoffinancialproductsupport, technicalproficiency, andsolidaccounting knowledge
• ExpertisewithAddeparand familiarity with other portfolio management systems, such asAdvyzon, APX,Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, Tamarac
• Strong background working with financial custodial data andproficiencysupporting alternative financial instruments
• Advancedproficiencyin Excel andtextfilemanipulation.Familiarity with other data formats, such asJSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured transformation isa plus
• Experiencewithat least one of the following:Python,SQL,Power Automateor other large data set software,demonstratingthe ability to extract and transform data
• Demonstrated history of automating data-related processes such as data integration, including log file creation and maintenance
• Understanding ofSalesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab
• Comfort working with a geographically dispersedteam
• Stronginterpersonal verbal and written communication skills andcomfortablecommunicatingwith clients as needed
• Achievement of, or working towards, an MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP is a plus

The base salary for this role is$75,000 to $85,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
