iCapital is seeking an Analyst Account Executive in New York to drive the full sales cycle and convert qualified opportunities into Passthrough customers. You will help fuel growth as a foundational member of the Sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales.
The role targets a $1.15M annual revenue quota, with a base salary of $70k–$80k plus commission. Hybrid work arrangement; office Mon-Thu and remote Fri. Equity is included for full-time employees.
iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst Account Executive who will work on the front lines of iCapital’s growth. As a foundational member of the Sales team, this individual will be responsible for turning qualified opportunities into the new customers that fuel our expansion. This role is central to how the firm grows and is an opportunity for an ambitious seller to build their career on a team designed for a new era of scale. This role will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for managing relationships with alternative asset managers with total firm.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary and equity for all full-time employees. This role will include a commission-based bonus.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
