Job description

Client Delivery Manager-Remote for Esko-Graphics Inc. in Wood Dale, IL to be the go-to senior consultant for clients, orchestrating project success by setting clear expectations aligned with their unique business objectives. Fuel the team's success by skillfully navigating client requests, striking the perfect balance between client needs and project objectives. Collaborate with forward-thinking departments like R&D, PlatOps, and Support, influencing the trajectory of projects with innovation at the forefront. Support Sales and Pre-Sales team in scoping new projects, setting client expectations, and ensuring a smooth handover to Deployment team. Manage escalations, issues, and conflicts, ensuring seamless collaboration between Esko and customer project teams. Drive the risk assessment process with precision, providing guidance and coaching to identify and conquer technical and business risks. Lead with strong Project Governance by being the architect of effective project resourcing and timely delivery, removing roadblocks and ensuring project success with adequate steerco governance and by upholding Esko's commitment to quality standards in the build phase, minimizing re-work, and elevating customer satisfaction through best practices and peer reviews. Lead and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation. Help the team develop and grow by identifying skill gaps and recommending development paths, including tailored technical and business-related training, fostering continuous growth.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Management Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of leadership experience in business processes or asset management technology solution architecture or, alternatively, a master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Management Science (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of leadership experience in business processes or asset management technology solution architecture. Experience must include: Providing professional services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers; Analyzing data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce and BI, and utilizing daily visual management to discover and clearly articulate anomalies; For identified problems, ability to use systematic frameworks to: 1) drive to root cause; 2) test countermeasures; 3) deploy improvements with key stakeholders; Creating strategic funnel for process improvement and waste reduction; driving funnel execution by facilitating cross-functional workshops with process owners; Collaborating with Sales team to identify strategies that drive revenue; Creating onboarding plans, providing coaching/mentoring and training on company tools and frameworks for new associates; and Use of the following tools to effectively communicate to senior leadership: Microsoft Excel (functions and pivot tables), Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to convey complex ideas through graphics and key words), and Salesforce/Tableau (funnel management, report & dashboard creation). Position required up to 30% domestic and international travel. Telecommute benefit – Remote - May work from anywhere in U.S. Salary:$142,830/year. Salary Range: $89,430 - $156,530/year.
