A leading financial institution seeks a Director to join its Client Delivery team in New York. This role encompasses developing client strategies and governance while engaging with senior leadership and overseeing cross-functional programs. The successful candidate will influence the bank's client-first approach and drive meaningful client engagement.
The Director position resides within the Client Delivery team, which maintains a mandate to help deliver the best of Citi across our client franchise, ensuring we are consistent, unified, and disciplined in our approach, as a core team within the Client Organization. The role is wide in scope, given the enterprise-wide remit of the Client Delivery team and broader Client Organization.
The job requires a comprehensive understanding of the Institutional and Wealth client businesses, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in executing in the context of a large bank. Successful candidates work well in a highly collaborative environment and have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Role Overview:
The role reports to the Head of Client Delivery Financial Institutions & Wealth within the Client Organization and will play a critical part in advancing the bank's client-centric strategy / disciplines / initiatives.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders across Citi's 5 key businesses, the broader Client Organization, and other internal / external partners, the candidate will have the opportunity to perform a variety of functions and contribute to the development of a critical and growing mandate for Citi.
