Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support client deliverables in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will process, edit, and format client documents and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include reviewing deliverables, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, and maintaining high quality standards. A minimum of one year of related experience and MS Office proficiency are required; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, create, edit, and format client deliverables (e.g., contracts, reports) including client setup, maintenance, and delivery.
• Review, proofread, and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet client, internal and external deadlines with proactive status updates.
• Follow through on commitments and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Support special projects, seasonal tasks and other needs as assigned.
