The Client Data Specialist is primarily responsible for the entry and management of client, matter and timekeeper data within applicable firm software applications. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external clients to ensure delivery of optimal client service, client satisfaction, and retention. The Specialist effectively interprets and communicates client objectives internally to ensure client satisfaction by providing first-class service levels and quality data.
