REQUIRED SKILLS
- Account Management. Your strategic recommendations and partnership proposals will help shape critical decisions. You stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitive sponsorship activity, and the evolving event landscape, while establishing clear measurement frameworks and success metrics that ensure every activation delivers measurable impact.
- Program Management. You're use to orchestrating the end-to-end partnership and activation lifecycle, from strategy and intake through contracting, asset management, paid media coordination, and measurement while ensuring clarity, rigor, and results. You've led everything from tentpole activation strategy to VIP hospitality, budgets, scopes, and sponsorship vetting across partnership portfolios.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration. You excel in cross collaboration, working with cross-functional GMR team members spanning creative, project management, production, and finance, you communicate expectations and deliverables with clarity while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team culture that drives accountability across all workstreams.
- Relationship Management. You build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with marketing leadership and key decision-makers. You skillfully manage relationships with our clients, vendors, and other external partners, gathering client feedback, identifying pain points, and iterating on strategy to continuously optimize outcomes. As a strategic advisor, you make informed decisions by providing expert guidance on partnership opportunities spanning across a variety of different mediums.
- Reporting. You're no stranger to tracking KPIs and activation success metrics, producing insightful post-activation reports with strategic recommendations, and identify learnings and best practices that optimize future activations. You're familiar with presenting performance data and strategic insights to leadership; you demonstrate the tangible business value of your work and shape the direction of future programs.
