About The Role

The purpose of this position is to lead the achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for a client or set of clients in the area of real estate strategy within a geographic area (e.g., National, Region, and/or Global).

What You’ll Do
  • Establish performance objectives and deliverables related to the achievement of line of business's goals for clients.
  • Write or assist in writing RFP responses and execute on proposals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain key processes to be followed by one or more functions.
  • Define priorities for site, area, and function planning as part of one‑time or ongoing client engagements.
  • Coordinate with line of business platform resources and experts to support client needs.
  • Manage and achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and KPIs for clients.
  • Collaborate with other line of business team members to forecast and develop annual real estate plans and implement strategies for savings and cost avoidance.
  • Conduct periodic interviews of business unit leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes, or other issues impacting real estate requirements.
  • Develop 5‑year real estate plans as required.
  • Develop benchmarks for the client’s real estate portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university. Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Urban Studies, or related program or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of business consulting and real estate experience.
  • Real estate license (Pennsylvania) preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles with a distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and public groups.
  • Ability to motivate, negotiate, and influence key employees and client groups to achieve desired outcomes.
  • In‑depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to review and analyze complex financial/business data.
  • Ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures and oversee department budgets.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Highly collaborative in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
