Description

The Client Consultant Specialist will be responsible for greeting and interacting with sales aspects in the medical spa including memberships / packages / injectables and wellness programs building rapport to achieve sales goals. This position plays a crucial role in attracting new members, and ensuring the overall member satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
  • Member Retention : Contribute to member retention efforts by fostering strong relationships, addressing member concerns, and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement : Encourage member engagement by promoting and upselling additional services or products, leading to increased revenue per member.
  • Lead Generation : Generate a specific number of leads each month through customer referrals.
  • Activity Tracking : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes, using the CRM system.
  • Extensive knowledge in all our services and technologies : Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall organizational goals.
  • Administrative Accuracy : Ensure accuracy in preparing personal sales reports, documentation, and administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Core Functions

  • Promote and sell membership / packages and other services such as injectables and wellness programs to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and promotional events.
  • Explain the benefits of different services and tailor sales pitches to match the needs and interests of prospective members.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of the products / services.
  • Address client queries and concerns effectively or forward to appropriate team members.
  • Understand clients' needs and customize product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive customer experience to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the organization's products, services, and membership offerings.
  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various membership packages to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required by the management team.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials.

Position Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization or a related field .
  • Have experience in spa related sales such as injectables / wellness and technologies (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Licensed Esthetician in the state
  • Must have 3 years' experience in a retail sales environment
