Job description

At Hembree Bell Law Firm, PLLC, we help marriages end well. Our mission is to guide people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with care, strategy, and professionalism. To do that, we need a Client Connection Coordinator — someone who ensures no call goes unanswered, no lead goes untracked, and no client feels forgotten. This is more than just a receptionist role: you’ll be the first welcoming voice people hear when they reach out for help, and you’ll play a key part in keeping our intake team organized and efficient.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Hembree Bell Law Firm, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of clients. As a full-time team member, you’ll receive:

  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Paid holidays and accruing PTO
  • Health insurance (eligible after 60 days; half of the employee-only cost covered)
  • Dental and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days; employee-funded)
  • 401(k) with matching (eligible after 1 year)
  • Paid memberships and continuing education resources
  • $50/month cell phone reimbursement after 30 days
  • Provided IT equipment (laptop, keyboard, mouse)
  • A supportive, mission-driven team where your voice and contributions matter
Responsibilities
  1. Answer incoming calls and make sure every caller is connected, helped, or properly placed on hold — no one gets left behind
  2. Collaborate closely with our intake team and marketing director to keep leads moving forward
  3. Keep our HubSpot CRM clean and up to date by merging duplicates and maintaining accurate records
  4. Support the intake team by staying on top of daily call flow and client communications
  5. Attend biweekly intake team meetings to share insights, review progress, and help improve processes
  6. Provide a friendly, professional, and reassuring first impression for everyone who reaches out to our firm
Qualifications
  • Experience in intake, sales, or as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and stay engaged in a remote setting
  • A genuine desire to help people and make their experience smooth and supportive
Compensation

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
