Butterfly Effects, located in Deerfield Beach, FL, is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for multiple markets. This role reports to the Manager of Human Resources and is based on-site at our Deerfield Beach headquarters.

You will handle onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and data-driven HR activities to strengthen our people operations and support our mission to help children and families affected by autism.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems such as Rippling, UKG, or comparable platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated HR contact for employees in assigned regions.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations matters, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, separations, and minor grievances.
• Support the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and assisting managers as needed.
• Partner with the HR Director to design and implement employee engagement activities across all markets.
• Act as a culture champion within your assigned regions, ensuring employees feel supported and connected.
• Maintain and update the HR manual and SOPs as needed.
• Assist with headquarters onboarding for corporate and BCBA hires, including orientation, seating charts, and FOB access.
• Assist with employment verifications and compliance documentation (e.g., labor law posters, audit support).

This position is based On-Site in our Deerfield Beach, Florida office and reports to the Manager of Human Resources.

What Would You Be Doing?

As An HR Generalist, You Will Serve As The Dedicated HR Contact For Employees In Assigned Regions, Building Strong Relationships And Ensuring Their Needs Are Met. Under The Guidance Of The HR Manager And HR Director, You Will

• Serve as the HR contact for designated markets, allowing for personalized support.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations matters (conflict resolution warrior), policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, separations, and minor grievances.
• Support the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and assisting managers as needed.
• Partner with the HR Director to design and implement employee engagement activities across all markets.
• Act as a culture champion within your assigned regions, ensuring employees feel supported and connected.
• Maintain and update the HR manual and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Assist with headquarters onboarding for corporate and BCBA hires, including new hire orientation, seating charts, and FOB access.
• Assist with employment verifications (VOEs) and compliance documentation (e.g., labor law posters, audit support).
