You will identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations and smoothly transition clients to a Banker for deeper guidance, aiming to help clients advance their financial journeys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience is required.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experienced in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions in a branch setting.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through wellness tools.
